About the role 

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead with over 6 years of expertise in software architecture, Python (Django and Django Rest Framework), React, and Git-based CI/CD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable software solutions while leading development teams and ensuring best engineering practices.

Your responsibilities include 

• Design and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software architectures.
• Develop and maintain web applications using Python (Django and Django Rest Framework) and React.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding and software design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and DevOps engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply performance optimizations.
• Ensure security best practices are followed in software development and deployment.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

• 6+ years of experience in software architecture and development.
• Strong proficiency in Python (Django and Django Rest Framework) for backend development.
• Extensive experience with React for frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes (Preferred).
• Strong understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or REST API development.
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
