Responsible for analyzing and verifying committee members’ documents to decide if members can take the committee that they have applied for.
Use alternate methods to verify a profile, for example via social media channels, making calls and requesting information further.
Monitor Oraan Members credit exposure by reviewing account balances and assigned credit limits.
Work in cross-functional teams for an efficient work flow and enhance customer experience.
Assist in policy development and research
Proactive approach towards customer escalation, evaluating complex applications without compromising Oraan’s values and policies.
Bachelor’s degree in related field, like statistics, mathematics, economics, accounting, or finance
1-2 years of experience in financial services, tech, or related industry
Ability to spot patterns from discrete and vague data points (e.g. social media, identity cards, financial data, Oraan member data)
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with customers in a clear and concise manner, primarily via email
