About the role

Oraan is looking for a bookings associate to join our team. You will be required to onboard customers,  convert leads , and closely work with cross-functional departments to help us scale.

Your responsibilities will include

• Onboarding customers and booking them for slots according to their eligibility.
• Customer Verification: Contact customers via phone, whatsapp, or other communication channels to request necessary documents and information for verification purposes.
• Data Collection and Documentation: Collect,organize and maintain customer documents and data in an organized manner. Ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information and data. 
• Meet weekly and monthly growth targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Responsible for designing and executing growth strategies

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or any related field

• Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be a good team player

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
