Graphic Designer
Closing Date
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements (what needs to be made)

  • Schedule projects and define constraints ( how long will it take)

  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements 

  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to Content Lead

  • Create Social Media Content Calendars (static+ simple animations)

  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

  • Amend designs after feedback

  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

  • Build our brand and design systems visual library

  • Build visual  templates and internal guides that other teams can easily use

Entry Requirements
  • 2-3 year proven graphic designing/Visualizer experience in an advertising agency

  • A strong portfolio of illustrations, typography or other mediums

  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles and familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)

  • Knowledge of video editing  + animation would be an added advantage

  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details

  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

  • Understanding  of platform guidelines, dimensions and capabilities

  • Teamwork

  • Organization, ability to juggle multiple projects

  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

  • Design software: Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe After Effects, Canva

Key Skills
