We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Operational Technology (OT) Security Consultant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct OT gap analysis to identify security weaknesses in industrial control systems and critical infrastructure.
2. Perform vulnerability assessments of OT systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
3. Lead penetration testing efforts to expose vulnerabilities and assess system resilience.
4. Develop and implement security strategies to mitigate risks in OT environments.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide security recommendations and incident response strategies.
6. Provide consultation and guidance to clients on improving their OT security posture.
7. Stay updated on the latest trends, threats, and technologies in OT security.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field (Master's is a plus).
2. 1+ years of experience in OT security, including gap analysis, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing.
3. Strong knowledge of OT systems, ICS/SCADA networks, and industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC).
4. Experience in assessing and mitigating risks in critical infrastructure sectors (e.g., energy, manufacturing, utilities).
5. Relevant certifications (e.g., GICSP, GRID, CEH, OSCP) are highly desirable.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
