We are looking for a talented Figma UI/UX designer to join our team and contribute to crafting exceptional digital experiences for our users. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing intuitive interfaces that elevate user engagement and satisfaction across our range of applications.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma to effectively communicate design ideas and interaction concepts.
• Manage and enhance our internal design system and UI components within Figma or similar tools, ensuring scalability and alignment with company objectives.
• Transform product requirements and user stories into visually appealing and intuitive interfaces, leveraging your expertise in UI/UX design principles.
• Collaborating closely with developers to ensure the design vision is translated into the final product.
• Incorporating diverse user needs to create designs that are inclusive and cater to a wide audience.
• Utilize findings to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.
• Mapping out the entire journey a user takes while interacting with the product.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design methodologies, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design practices and strategies.

• Degree in Computer science or Diploma in Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and successful projects.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, with a deep understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
