About the role

As a Mid-Level Data Analyst embedded in the product team at Oraan, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data, generating insights, discovering trends, and managing data infrastructure and data warehousing to support product development initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract valuable information from data sets, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the overall success of our products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product team to understand business objectives and data requirements for product development.

• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends that inform product strategy.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize product features and user experience.

• Identify key metrics and KPIs to track product performance and measure success.

• Manage data infrastructure and data warehousing to ensure efficient storage, processing, and management of data within the organization.

• Assist in data quality assurance processes and ensure data integrity across systems.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role, preferably within a product development environment.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, Excel, Tableau, or other data analysis tools.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with A/B testing, data visualization, statistical analysis techniques.

• Proven track record of contributing to data-driven decision-making processes.
