About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles, as well as the ability to lead and guide our development teams in delivering high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings to ensure efficient and effective communication within the team.

• Remove obstacles and impediments that may hinder the team’s progress, ensuring a smooth and productive workflow.

• Coach and mentor the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that the team’s work aligns with business goals and priorities.

• Facilitate communication between the development team, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and collaborative work environment.

• Monitor and report on team progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Ensure that the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices, maintaining a high level of quality and adherence to Agile methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in a software development environment.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate team members.

• Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of software development life cycle and project management tools.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification preferred.
