About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles, as well as the ability to lead and guide our development teams in delivering high-quality software products.
Responsibilities
Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings to ensure efficient and effective communication within the team.
Remove obstacles and impediments that may hinder the team’s progress, ensuring a smooth and productive workflow.
Coach and mentor the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that the team’s work aligns with business goals and priorities.
Facilitate communication between the development team, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
Monitor and report on team progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Ensure that the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices, maintaining a high level of quality and adherence to Agile methodologies

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate team members.
Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of software development life cycle and project management tools.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification preferred.
