About The Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Oraan, you will play a pivotal role in leading the product development efforts focused on financial inclusion and empowering women in the fintech sector. You will drive the strategic vision, development, and implementation of products that cater to the unique needs of underserved communities, particularly women in Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for financial inclusion initiatives targeting underserved communities, with a focus on empowering women through innovative fintech solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products that address the specific needs of our target audience.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product innovation within the financial inclusion space.
• Define product requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and drive successful product launches.
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on enhancements to optimize user experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fintech product management roles with a focus on financial inclusion initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital financial services and mobile payments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach to product development.
• Passion for driving positive social impact through technology.
• Understanding of Product life cycle and the role of a product manager
• Self Starter with high sense of leading projects and teams
