Your responsibilities will include
Onboarding customers and booking them for slots according to their eligibility.
Customer Verification: Contact customers via phone, whatsapp, or other communication channels to request necessary documents and information for verification purposes.
Data Collection and Documentation: Collect,organize and maintain customer documents and data in an organized manner. Ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information and data.
Meet weekly and monthly growth targets.
