About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookings Officer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact customers, request necessary documents for verification, and update the customer information in our CRM system accurately. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining data accuracy.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Verification: Contact customers via phone, whatsapp, or other communication channels to request necessary documents and information for verification purposes. Explain the verification process clearly and address customer inquiries or concerns professionally. Follow established procedures for verifying customer identities and data.

• Data Collection and Documentation: Collect, organize, and maintain customer documents and data in an organized manner. Ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information and data. 

• Data Entry and CRM Management: Enter customer data and verification results accurately into the CRM system. Update and maintain customer records, including contact details, verification status, and any additional information as required.
