Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Trasformation Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by uncovering new opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and supporting Sales Managers in closing enterprise-level deals. As a frontline sales leader, your focus will be on prospecting, generating leads, and expanding HashMove’s market footprint within the assigned territory. 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and qualify new leads, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-potential clients.
  • Conduct outbound sales outreach, leveraging CRM tools, LinkedIn prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Set up meetings with key decision-makers, effectively positioning HashMove’s value proposition.

Sales Support & Solution Selling

  • Assist Sales Managers in pitching HashMove’s logistics technology solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Gather client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to tailor presentations.
  • Conduct initial product demos, highlighting key features and benefits.

Market Research & Client Engagement

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and market conditions within the assigned territory.
  • Develop deep knowledge of client industries, ensuring relevant and impactful sales conversations.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients to ensure long-term engagement.

Performance Tracking & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, interactions, and opportunities in Zoho CRM.
  • Regularly report on lead conversion rates, pipeline health, and sales progress.
  • Identify challenges in the sales cycle and provide feedback to improve prospecting effectiveness.
Entry Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field.

  • Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in IT/software sales.

  • Skills: Strong communication, prospecting, and consultative selling abilities.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP solutions and logistics technology is a plus.

  • Sales Mindset: Ability to generate new business, set meetings, and open doors for Sales Managers.
