Job Overview
HashMove is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director - Commercial & Digital Transformation with a strong background in technical sales, exceptional team leadership skills, and a consultative approach to B2B solution selling. This role will focus on driving sales efforts within a designated region. You will be responsible for executing our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, leading a team of talented Business Development Managers, and achieving strong regional sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Territory Management & Sales Execution
- Oversee sales operations within an assigned region, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Implement the strategic roadmap defined by the Sales Director, adapting it to local market conditions.
- Manage enterprise client relationships, leading sales engagements and deal closures.
Product Demonstration & Solution Selling
- Conduct in-depth product demos, showcasing HashMove’s capabilities and ERP integrations.
- Provide consultative selling, aligning client challenges with tailored logistics technology solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate solution design and deployment.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead and mentor Business Development Managers, driving them toward achieving set KPIs.
- Monitor sales pipelines, ensuring a healthy flow of leads and opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales progress, challenges, and market feedback.
Client Relationship & Market Expansion
- Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in assigned industries.
- Identify new business opportunities and recommend solutions that drive business value.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and client needs to refine sales approaches.
