Job Overview

HashMove is seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional technical support and guidance to our customers while driving successful sales outcomes. The ideal candidate should be a Saudi National with a strong background in addressing technical inquiries, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all aspects of Technical Sales. 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers' technical inquiries, addressing their concerns and providing prompt, accurate, and comprehensive responses. 

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to understand customer needs and develop effective technical solutions to drive sales growth. 

  • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of HashMove's products and services. 

  • Assist customers in understanding complex technical aspects of our offerings, providing clear explanations and guidance to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. 

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of technical issues. 

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HashMove's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. 

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies, collateral, and marketing materials that highlight the technical advantages of our solutions. 

  • Provide post-sales technical support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of HashMove's solutions. 

  • Monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for improvement and growth. 

Entry Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Saudi Nationals or other Arab Nationalities with valid work authorization in Saudi Arabia. 

  • Master or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. 

  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in technical sales, customer support, or a related field. 

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to comprehend and address diverse technical inquiries effectively. 

  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork. 

  • Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or related industries is a plus. 

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
