HashMove is seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional technical support and guidance to our customers while driving successful sales outcomes. The ideal candidate should be a Saudi National with a strong background in addressing technical inquiries, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all aspects of Technical Sales.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers' technical inquiries, addressing their concerns and providing prompt, accurate, and comprehensive responses.
Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to understand customer needs and develop effective technical solutions to drive sales growth.
Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of HashMove's products and services.
Assist customers in understanding complex technical aspects of our offerings, providing clear explanations and guidance to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of technical issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HashMove's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies, collateral, and marketing materials that highlight the technical advantages of our solutions.
Provide post-sales technical support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of HashMove's solutions.
Monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for improvement and growth.
Qualifications:
Saudi Nationals or other Arab Nationalities with valid work authorization in Saudi Arabia.
Master or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
Proven track record of at least 2 years in technical sales, customer support, or a related field.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to comprehend and address diverse technical inquiries effectively.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or related industries is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
